I set up The HR Place in 2017, offering a bespoke HR advisory service to small businesses on the South Coast.

I pride myself on giving my clients sound, clear and efficient HR advice, allowing them to manage their teams with confidence.

I have worked in Human Resources since 2002, in both the private and public sectors and in businesses including legal services, engineering recruitment and the cruise industry. I have covered all aspects of HR, including recruitment, strategy development, policy development, and complex employee relations casework.

I am a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, with a postgraduate diploma in HR Management from the University of Portsmouth.
